Welcome to Pran-Aid Acupressure Foundation (www.pranaidacupressure.com). Being a Section-8 Non-Profit social and educational organization, our financial policies are very clear and transparent. The following are the rules governing returns, cancellations, and refunds for our services, courses, memberships, and donations:
No Refund Policy: The minimum contribution of ₹500 for annual membership or any higher voluntary donation made to support our health and education missions is strictly non-refundable. Once the annual membership fee or donation is processed and a receipt is generated, it cannot be reversed or canceled under any circumstances.
Enrollment & Form Fees: Any registration fee, application form fee, or admission fee paid for our Professional Acupressure, Naturopathy, or Spoken English programs is non-refundable.
Seat Transfer: If a student fails to attend the course or scholarship test due to an emergency, the management, at its sole discretion, may allow the fee to be adjusted for the next batch or transferred to another candidate. However, no cash refunds will be processed.
Double Deductions: In case of technical errors on the website where an amount is deducted twice from the user's bank account for a single transaction, the extra amount will be refunded.
Claim Window: The user must report such issues with a payment screenshot and transaction ID to pranaidacupressure@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. Verified excess amounts will be credited back to the original payment source within 7-10 working days as per banking timelines.
Acupressure therapy appointments booked at our working office (308, Street No-4) can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session fee without any right to a refund.
